Thank you for shopping with Themenswardrobe. Because every item in our store is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand process, please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing (Production Time)

Each product is individually printed and produced after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, your order is shipped via standard domestic delivery. Below are the estimated timeframes:

Most orders arrive within 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (November–January) or due to carrier delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Cost

Per order, regardless of size or weight within the US.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking email is sent at the time of dispatch.
  • Allow 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping email for tracking to become active.
  • If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Certain events may cause delays beyond our control, including:

  • Peak holiday season (Nov – Jan)
  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier capacity constraints
  • Federal public holidays

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us immediately.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors).
  2. Wait 1–2 business days — carriers occasionally mark deliveries early.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  4. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Note: Themenswardrobe is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently stolen. We recommend filing a report with your local postal service.
