My order has not arrived. What should I do?

My tracking shows Delivered but I have not received my package.

Because items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. We do accept requests for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days.

Who pays for return shipping?
