Because every item sold by Themenswardrobe is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Print-on-Demand — Important Notice

All products are made-to-order. This means:

  • Each item is produced after you place your order.
  • We do not hold inventory or pre-made stock.
  • Because each item is uniquely produced for you, we are generally unable to accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we do accept returns in eligible cases as outlined below.

We strongly encourage customers to review size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

* For change of mind or size issues: item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Because items are custom-printed, please note that return requests of this type are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • ✕ Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • ✕ Items returned without prior written authorization from our team.
  • ✕ Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
  • ✕ Minor color variations due to differences in screen display or print batches.
  • ✕ Final sale or clearance items.

4. How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. Include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Reason for the return request.
  3. Photos of the item (required for defective, damaged, or wrong item claims).

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. Do not ship any item back without written authorization from us.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (defective, printing error, wrong item): We will cover the full return shipping cost.
  • All other returns (change of mind, size issue): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Restocking fee: None. We do not charge any restocking fee on approved returns.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
