We understand that plans can change. This page explains your options for cancelling or modifying an order placed on Themenswardrobe, and the important time window in which changes are possible.
1. Our Print-on-Demand Process
Every product is custom-printed specifically for you. This means:
- Production begins within hours of order confirmation.
- Once production starts, items cannot be altered or stopped.
- Cancellations are not possible once production is underway.

3. How to Request a Cancellation
- Email support@themenswardrobe.shop immediately.
- Subject line: CANCEL ORDER – [Your Order Number].
- Include full name, order number, and reason.
- We will confirm within 1–2 business hours.

5. After Shipment
Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy at themenswardrobe.shop/refund_returns.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
